*Specs: CPU : Intel 7600k
*Cooler : Cooler Master hyper 212 LED Turbo
*GPU : EVGA 6Gb 1060 SuperClocked
*MoBo : Gigabyte z270m d3h
*RAM : Ballistics sport DDR4 8gb, 2400
*PSU : 500W, ROCK, Silver 80+

Recently I upgraded My MoBo, CPU, Ram and Cooler. Then I wiped the drive and attempted to install windows. It froze up and returned a Clock_Watchdog_TimeOut

I have: -
*Checked hdd and Ram with console checks : they returned no errors
*Attempted to try install without a GPU : The errors changed to machine_check_exception,
*I tries installing ubuntu 16 : It worked fine, no crashes and I was able to play games like Rust and XCOM 2 at about 60fps, with no problems, -
*I have tried all configurations of a usb to check if that was the problem and it keeps returning the same errors
*I have tried another harddrive : Causing the same problem
*I have updated the Bios from f2 to f5

Thanks in advance for any help you can give
