Besides the odd formfactor given it is for rackmount servers yes that will fit that motherboard.
If your case is not eATX certified then you need a case that is. eATX boards are quite a bit bigger than full ATX boards due to the dual CPU slots and the extra circuitry that goes with it.

That board is 12 x 13 and the case listed only supports up to 12 x 10.3 so no it won't I'd recommend looking for a case that supports the HPTX standard which supports boards up to 13.6 x 15 since someone decided to let E-ATX (12 x 13) also mean 12 x 10.3..... If you see support for EE-ATX (Yes 2 E's) that would also work since that is 13.68x 13.
