PCIe NVMe 3.0 X4 ssd compatible with asus 970 gaming mobo?

Solution
There is no M.2 port on that motherboard, so there is no direct slot it goes in.
You could possibly use it in a PCI-E add-in card, it would be limited to PCI-E 2.0 speeds though, if this does work you won't be able to install windows and boot off of it.
