Logitech g502 buttons not working

Been using my Logitech G502 mouse for quite a while now, worked perfectly until I tried it this morning. The sensor works on the bottom and I can move the mouse across the screen, but none of the buttons work, which makes it impossible to use. I'm currently using a spare.

Were you or are you able to test the Logitech G502 on another computer?

Is the spare using the same USB port?

Is the spare also a Logitech G502?

If not, try reinstalling the Logitech G502 drivers via Logitech.

Need to narrow down the problem to either mouse, driver, or computer.

Ended up reinstalling the drivers, it's a bit annoying considering I had a bunch of custom settings that I need to figure out and change back. Thanks for the reply,
