Pc is really loud

So, here is some of specs
-I7-700k
-Asus dual gtx 1060 6GB
-Define r5

When I got my new pc it was really silent, then about 1 mont later pc was starting to get loud.

Yesterday my pc was
suddenly really silent, but today pc was back to being loud. I think this is really strange. Any help is appreciated.

And btw dust isn't problem.

Make sure your gpu and your cpu stock cooler is tightened to your motherboard to the point where wiggling it is impossible. Change your cpu thermal compound and get a better quality one. If your running on high temperatures get a better stock cooler too or even add a case fan to your pc case.

For the stock cooler go with the Cryorig H7
For the thermal compound go with the Arctic MX-4.
