That's the first MSI board I've seen that actually appears to implement all fan headers properly.

The ML series fans will work with that motherboard. Be sure to go into BIOS to change all fan headers to PWM mode in the Hardware Monitor section.

If you end up getting a different motherboard, the only manufacturer that consistently implements the fan headers in a way that won't damage the ML series fans is Asus.
The ML series has very peculiar requirements. It's an excellent fan, though.

What motherboard do you have? I can check if it's compatible with the ML series.

If it's not, the be quiet! Silent Wings 3 is your next best choice.
