Will there be a vega card that costs about the same as an rx 480 costs now or wil the rx 500 series cover that price point while vega covers the high end. Couldn't find much info on this. Help plz and thanks in advance ;D

It's hard to say what will happen. Going by the past history, I think it's a safe bet that the first Vega models will be high end. So AMD will sell the RX line as their entry level to mainstream products, with Vega being the top of the line stuff.

At some point in the future, when the RX line has run its course, they may then bring out some lower end Vega models. Of course it's impossible to say how low end those will be or what their price points will be.

The 500 series is NOT Vega. The 500 series are re-branded and tweaked 400s. Barely worth consideration in light of Nvidia 1070/1080 specs and the impending Vega release, which is still not well known spec-wise.

I would suggest waiting on the Vega release and watching the market pricing for Nvidia and the new Vega cards.

No they're not, Vega is a new architecture while the Rx 500 series (well at least the 580 and below) are based on the Polaris architecture. Vega is different architecturally
