this will be much better value for your money and perform to a much much higher standard. optical drives wouldn't let me add anything in partpicker sorry!

Nope not good, what's your budget?
First of all I'd change the CPU to a Pentium G4400 which would offer similar performance as i3 6100 for cheaper and add in 8 gigs of RAM instead.
Would also put RX 460 2 GB instead of the GT 730, even the i3's integrated graphics could do better.
And last why such a huge power supply?

But I do want a build that actually cost less then 700 dollars.
I also want to have a suggestion for what thermal compound and cpu cooler i should get.If
