Good Afternoon,
Since a couple of days ago whenever i game my CPU starts overheating after a little while.
In the past whenever i was gaming my fans would start speeding up to keep the CPU cool but now they just keep the same low speed even when gaming and after like 5-10 minutes my CPU starts throttling every 10 seconds.
I tried going in my UEFI setup and change some settings around but nothing seems to work.
Anyone who knows how to fix this?

robably need to apply some new thermal paste since it hasn't been changed at all and it might have been a quite cheap one.
