Is this PC worth it for the price?

Hi guys I had a pretty good idea but I would like some other people's opinions a friend of mine is selling his PC setup and said I can have it for £800(1000$) do you think it is a good deal?

Components:

I5 4690k(de-lidded oc'd to 4.7GHz)

GTX 1070 ASUS ROG

Evo 212 cpu cooler

Asrock Z97X Killer Fatal1ty ATX motherboard

HyperX Fury 2x 4GB RAM running at 2400MHz

1TB WD Blue HDD

Seasonic S12 II (Japanese Caps) 620w PSU

Falcon Case

1000hz PnP Fatal1ty Mouse Port

Windows 10

Peripherals:

AOC G2460PG 144hz G-Sync 1ms monitor 24" with ULMB

- Mionix Castor gaming mouse

- Coolermaster CM Storm gaming keyboard

- Roccat Taito mid-size 3mm gaming mousemat

It's a pretty good deal IMO, yes.
That monitor is roughly 350 quid new (whether it's 'worth' that is another question).

Looking at comparables (6600K + Z170 because the 4690K's are 'new old stock' and overpriced), you'd be looking well >1200 for a similar setup today (including monitor but excluding other peripherals). The de-lidded OC may or may not add value - it really depends how much you 'trust your friends OC.

For once, this actually looks like a pretty solid purchase (and add an SSD).

I did up a quick 'how to price a custom build' a while ago which kind of walks through what to consider (are the components still viable, are there comparables available in the market, are components of good quality etc etc) - it's...
