Asrock Z87E m-itx
GTX 960 2GB

Bitfenix Prodigy-m
Old PSU: Energon 650W
New PSU: Corsair VS 550

Replaced PSU because of buzzing. After about 20-30 minutes of idling the noise returns. Really loud buzzing/humming.

Any suggestions?

Solution
The fan in the VS550 is horribly selected. It uses a sleeve bearing. Sleeve bearings have serious problems when oriented vertically (as it would be in a PSU and an upright computer).

Get a different PSU, or replace it and lay the computer down.

I spent the morning doing exactly that. Took it all apart, placed rubber feet and re-did my cables. Still buzzing like crazy. Its pretty loud.
