USB Wifi Adapter And Sound Not Working! Help!

So let's start with how it takes ages for my computer to shutdown and startup. Not only that but my USB wifi adapter won't work and my audio devices aren't being picked up! But they both worked fine 2 days ago!

Have you installed anything recently? Has Windows installed any new updates?

make sure all the mb chipset drivers are installed. check in the bios and mb user guild see if the slots can be turned off and or the sound card.

Yes I installed some kind of voice changing thing voxal so I could prank my brother and that's when it went all weird, I uninstalled it but I don't think that did anything to resolve the issue.

look under the start up tab. see if there any new programs that could be adware or virus. run malware bytes and hitman pro. go to the mb vendor web poage download the sound drivers and wifi drivers and reinstall them. under windows sound make sure output device is set tot speakers not hdmi or another device.
