Hello everyone, specs first:

PSU: EVGA 600W Plus White
MOBO: P7P55D-LE
CPU: i3 530
VGA Card: Gigabyte RX 460 2 GB
HDD: 500GB Samsung Sata 2 / SSD: 120 GB Sandisk Plus (also working on Sata 2)
OS: Win 8.1 Pro 64 bits
HWinfo

Old ram: 2x 2GB DDR3 1333MHz Markvision
Slot 1 / Slot 3
New ram: 2x 4GB DDR3 1600MHz Kingston Hyperx Fury (HX316C10FB/4)

So, before buying it I've read that I would have no problem replacing both sticks with new ones, something among the lines of new ram downgrading speed to match 1333MHz.

From the CPU specifications I can see that it supports
DDR3 1066/1333 / Dual channel / 16GB Max

And from the MOBO specs
4 x DIMM, Max. 16 GB, DDR3 2200(O.C.)*/1600/1333/1066 Non-ECC,Un-buffered Memory / Dual channel

So from that, i really thought I would have no problem, but...
Firstly I inserted both sticks, resulting in 12GB, BIOS screen recognized that, but it froze at loading windows.
So I removed both old sticks, leaving only the new ones (in dual channel) from that, it didnt recognize 8GB, it just said DDR3 1333MHz and didn't get past BIOS logo. I couldn't even load BIOS setup.
Then I replaced a new one with a old one, resulting in 6GB, BIOS did recognize it, but froze at loading windows.
Since having one old and one new stick was the only way to get into bios setup and try to boot windows with the new ram, I started tweaking numbers and options. So far I've done:

Changing SSD do AHCI and IDE - no results
Upping voltage to 1.6 / 1.65 - no results
Trying DOCP, XMP*¹, Auto settings - no results
Inserting from Kingston's website (DDR3-1333 CL9-9-9 @1.5V) - although I'm not sure if I did change the correct stuff -

I'm including an album of the BIOS setup when I use both old sticks (not in XMP mode, that is just for showing ¹), which shows DRAM settings and other stuff: http://imgur.com/a/obkAg

*¹For some reason, when using XMP, it shows right below: eXtreme memory profile [Disabled] while I'm not able to change it.

Thank you all in advance, hope we can solve this.

So I just did what you said. Testing both new sticks separately in the 4 slots ended exact the same way, they were recognized, but crashed at windows loading screen. Then I tested the possible combinations for 2 sticks in 4 slots:

A B - - : Result (1)
A - B - : Result (2)
A - - B : Result (2)
- A - B : Result (1)
- - A B : Result (1)
B A - - : Result (1)
B - A - : Result (2)
B - - A : Result (2)
- B - A : Result (2)
- - B A : Result (1)

Result (1)
Got DDR3 1333MHz line, both sticks were recognized, but it crashed at windows loading screen, sometimes I would get "Overclocking failed", then I would simply enable/disable XMP, which would lead me to a BSOD/Crashin at windows loading, I couldn't see or shot the message error at BSOD cause it was too fast (even when I was filming). Was able to get into BIOS Setup.

Result (2)
Got DDR3 1333MHz line, looks like none of them were recognized cause it stopped at "Initializing USB Controllers .. Done." . From this line I couldn't even get into BIOS Setup.
