Yep, you don't need an expensive motherboard with that CPU. As far a power goes you won't use more than 300W with that build. A solid 400W unit is more than enough. I wouldn't spend any more than this:

Definitely better than an FX-4300. A G4560 performs on par with an FX-8350 in gaming while using much less power. If you don't have the CPU already by all means consider a Pentium G4560 for a budget build. Its just $65.

the cheapest b250 motherboard you can find, socket lga 1151 . and for ram 2x 4gb ddr4
