Hello, please help me to build a pc with Ryzen 1700 and Gtx 1070 pc,

I need help with selecting Case, Motherboard, Ram, Psu and CPU cooler,

I have 256 gb Samsung ssd and Hyper 212 evo cooler from my old PC but I'm not sure if I can use Hyper 212 Evo in my new PC.

Thank you.

Edit: I'm buying this PC for gaming and the games I play are these; PUBG, BF1, GTA V, Rust, Mad Max and Arma 3.

Solution
My bad, i didnt see the cpu cooler and the SSD in your initial post. Reconfigured both. The Cooler Master Hyper Evo is a good cooler but if you are going to overclock the pc, then its not recommended for either Ryzen or Intel. Specially Ryzen. The Scythe Mugen is a very potent unit for Ryzen.

While an i7-7700k is ideal. This Ryzen build will perform quite well. I would upgrade the cooling as the Hyper 212 Evo is quite outdated. I chose the Scythe Mugen 5 due to its incredible cooling performance for a mid range cooler.

The PSU is a tier 1 unit with a 7 year warranty. It will insure stable power delivery.

The case is nice. Really it is just a price placeholder.

The Windows license is a bit higher but includes a USB installer and is a retail not OEM license.

If you choose Ryzen, this will give you better gaming performance than the 1700.

Get this.
The monitor will go down in price to about $200 or less where it normally sits over the next few days, it's on a spike atm.
