I haven't been able to boot my computer for over a month. Bought a new Mother board and RAM the other day. Still No Video output.

Specs
RoG Maximus XI Motherboard
16gb (2x8gb) DDR4 Memory
I5-6600k CPU
RX 480 GPU

I've tested my PSU it is fine. No beeps from Speaker. Tried multiple GPU's no luck. Tried Onboard Video, No luck.

Can a faulty CPU cause this issue?

please provide a full spec breakdown of all of your PC components as follows.

Motherboard
RAM
CPU
GPU
Any 3rd party coolers
PSU
HDD/SSD

And don't provide simple specs like 16GB RAM and 750w PSU but more like 16GB of G.Skill Ripjaw V series 2333MHz and 750w Gold EVGA G2 NOVA power supply.

The more we know about the parts the better we can help you figure out what might be causing the issue.

you say you're not posting to bios? have you tried out the monitor with another source or tried a different monitor? just to rule out that it's not the monitor that doesn't work. Have you tried plugging into an HDTV if you don't have another monitor or source for monitor? (and assuming you have one) What all of video ports have you tried using? on both the GPU and the integrated graphics through the motherboard connectors?

It could possibly be the GPU so trying the different video methods on the GPU helps to determine if it's the GPU as a whole or just one of the outputs on it. And of course removing the GPU and using the integrated graphics to see if it posts that way can determine if it's simply the GPU as well. If after trying all of this and nothing seems to work then it is definitely something else in your system. When you boot up the system do you get any beep codes coming from the machine? If so, what is the beep code pattern?

Went and tried all of the video Ports on the GPU/Motherboard and another GPU Still no signal. I've tried Three separate monitors one at a time through every port they have. I here no Beep codes and I do receive Q-code 40 (not an error) So it is safe to assume it posts.

Thanks for the quick responses.
