I get around 50-60 fps in GTA V, when im driving 40-50.

I get stutter and fps drop in The Division (fps drops from 120 max to 50 or lower, and is really unsteady) atm. i'm running with v-sync on steady 60 fps, but if i'm in a group i get 50 fps.

In H1z1 i get 50-60 fps with everything max (some fps drops to 30 on a regular)

even in WoW i get fps drops from 60 to 40.

My specs:
Processor: Intel i5 7500 3.4GHz Quad
Graphics: ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB OC
RAM: 16GB DDR4-2400 Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM
Cooler: Silent CPU upgrade (Be Quiet CPU-Cooler)
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B250M-A
SSD Storage: Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB
House: Corsair Carbide Gaming
Powersupply: Corsair VS550 550W

Screen is 1920x1080 60hz

I've tried everything, all options in NVIDIA Control Panel, watched 100++++ videos on youtube, checking drivers.. nothing seemed to work..

is my pc just bad? have only had it for 5 days and paid 1200$ so i expected a really good PC

if your internet connection is BAD your going to get FPS drops like that if your internet connection is great

then try adding more ram

i had the same problem in watchdogs 2 and i noticed i didn't have enough ram to handle the graphic settings that i had( had very little fps drops after than mabey 1 or 2 )

if you dont want to buy more ram try reducing the graphic quality see if that works
