So in BIOS it says that I should be running at 3.9Ghz at 1.35v, which it runs at those volts, but in CPU-Z, HWInfo and GA SIV it says Im only at 3.6Ghz. Then in task manager it shows as 3.9Ghz. When running 3D Mark it shows that the reported freq is 3.9Ghz but turbo is 3.6Ghz and then when turning Cool and Quiet off the same result. Any help on getting all the reports to match. Am I at 3.9Ghz or not?
