How to Update BIOS using Kabylake on a H110 Chipset?

Hey guys! Im asking how do I update BIOS on a H110 Board Im using a Pentium G4560 for my build I had not did anything yet,Just tested if it works,I have a ASRock H110M-HDV
P.S I had not installed any Operating System yet Trying to figure out what is this BIOS update for Kaby support.

If you can't boot using that Kaby Lake G4560 CPU with the ASRock H110M-HDV, that means the motherboard doesn't have an updated BIOS to support such CPU yet.

You would need a Skylake CPU (any Skylake, even the cheapest Celeron one) for you to temporarily boot up your H110-chipset mobo to update its BIOS before using that Kaby Lake CPU.
