Yes, it comes with a cooler (Wraith Spire) which is getting praise for being good and not loud. It is even good enough for overclocking to at least 3.8GHz (B350 motherboard allows it, and has enough power).
For streaming- I would not choose anything else, as it has 6 cores/12 threads- so if you do best quality- software x264- encoding, it will not even affect gaming performance much. In comparison- 4 cores/4threads on Kabylake i5 are often at 80- 100% load in just gaming, without streaming.

Does the ryzen come with a cooler? Only reason i was going with kaby lake was cause i know more about intel. Will it be better for streaming instead of the intel?
