It depends on which games you are planning to play and at what resolution.
Between those 2, I'll recommend 8370..good CPU but outdated.
8370 has good OCing capability and performs well once OCed.
what about other components? can you list down.

There's almost no difference, they're the same basic chip, with a slightly higher turbo clock and a mature process for the 8370. I wouldn't recommend investing in either in 2017 unless you already have the motherboard and RAM on-hand.
