System Memory usage always above 80%

My 16 gb of memory always seems to be above 80% after just a 1-2 hours of being on. I recently changed my pc to windows 10 from windows 7. I have tried to end task any program that's using more then 20% (ie chrome) but then some other programs will start using more of it (like my antivirus).

This is my computer idle after turning it on after 7-9 hours being off.

That isn't really amount of information that would help locate the issue.

If you can please take a screen shot of memory usage in task manager to see what are the programs you are running and how much memory they use.

What is your anti-virus? When you say it takes lot of memory is it preforming a scan maybe? or is it sitting idle?

Bah, I'm the one that's supposed to magically present that solution.

In all seriousness, it's beyond annoying that Microsoft hasn't fixed that bug yet.
