8gb 3000mhz ram fine for ryzen 5 1600??

this is the fastest ram i can get Kingston HyperX Savage 8GB DDR4 3000MHz so will it be fine or i need 3200 one?

and do i need 16gb ram?

MOBO: asus x370 prime pro

Officially, Ryzen processors only support DDR4-2667 speeds with two single-rank DIMMs. You might be able to get higher clock speeds to work, but it gets complicated. 16GB is good though.
