RAM problem speed

Can i put PC2-12800 1600 mhz RAM to PC2-12800 1333 mhz RAM slot? my mobo is Q1900M asrock

I have a feeling you mean PC3-12800 1600MHz. PC2 would mean it is DDR2 and this is DDR3 motherboard...

Anyways...Yes, your motherboard appears to support up to 1333MHz DDR3 ram. If you install anything that is rated for a higher clock speed, the motherboard simply defaults to a lower setting to accommodate. The idea of being able to only install same or lower speed ram into a motherboard was more relevent for some older DDR2 and DDR motherboards; even some of those could still underclock the ram to make them work.
