I recently bought a new desktop from MSI and it seems to have a problem.
When I use the front audio 3.5mm port to plug in my headset / earbuds, I get a high pitched noise when I move my mouse.
I even get the noise when I disable all audio through WIndows.
I noticed the problem and send it to an MSI repair center to fix it. After a long wait I got the PC back and ofcourse the first thing I tested was the front audio. Turns out whatever they did, didn't fix the issue. In the repair report it says they fixed the motherboard.
I now use a USB-headset and I don't hear the noise anymore.
Now the real question. Can this problem cause any harm to my PC and should I send it back again? Or can I just use my USB-headset and safely use my computer?
