Computer: Laptop Clevo W170HN

CPU: Intel 2630QM

Ram: 12gb DDR3
Operating System: Windows 10 Creators Update
GPU Drivers: 381.65
Hi everyone, I need your help!
The Problem:
I have recently upgraded my Clevo w170hn (intel 2630QM, Nvidia GT 540m) to Windows 10. And since then I am having problems with my nvidia graphics card.
For some reason games I used to play at 100+ fps (League of Legends for example) now play on lower than 40. On windows 7 I could play LoL or Rocket League or several indie games at a decent level, what could be the problem now on windows 10?
Troubleshooting:
I have scanned google for any possible solution, tried everything so far but with no luck. Of course the first thing was to install the OEM drivers given from Clevo. Then, I installed several mid-versions until the most recent one, on which I am now, but again no luck. I have set the global settings on Nvidia 540m, then picked each game specifically and chose it to be running with 540m, nothing. Then I set the global settings on Auto, set each game individually on Nvidia card, and always opened every game selecting "Open with Nvidia High Performance", again nothing. I set all power options, both windows ones and Nvidia control panel ones to Maximum Performance, still the same.
At first I thought that it was using the Intel HD 3000, but then I used an option from control panel to show the GPU's activity together with Afterburner, and saw that every game I open is run by my GT540m, but for some reason I have always approximately 1/3 of the FPS I used to have on Windows 7 and in much lower quality. One other strange thing is that I have set the Physx to be handled by the GT 540m, and every game I open it says that Physx is handled by the CPU. I really can't understand this.
Do you have any ideas on this?
