Brand new PC not running most games

Im having trouble running most games i currently have installed. The only game ive tried so far that actually works is PUGB which actually performed really well. Other games i have tried are, Overwatch, league of legends, counterstrike

Specs-
gpu: rx480 8gb
mobo: asrock h270
cpu: i5-7600k
psu- 650w

Error from games-
counterstrike: just doesnt launch no error message
league of legends: An unknown directX error has occured and league of legends cannot start
overwatch: No compatible graphics hardware was found.
rocket league: your video card does not support alpha blending with floating point render targets

To fix i used DDU but installed the full instead of minimal setup and everything is working again. I downloaded the minimal setup in the first place
