PCI SATA III 6 GB/S Card Expansion?

is there a PCI SATA III 6 GBPS? Card that is specifically PCI slot only with no E (Express)
because my only PCI-e slot is already occupied with a USB 3.0 PCI-E Card
so i only have one PCI slot left (the other one is overlapped by my GPU)

ive already searched everywhere for PCI card with SATA 3
but all ive found is either PCI card that is only SATA 2 or a SATA 3 Card but its a PCI-E

you can replace your USB3 PCI E card with a combo SATA3+USB3 PCI e card like this one

While a better option it limits you to a max throughput of a little under 500MB/s

better than nothing . anyways only SSD will saturate that and not allways , only when reading/writing sequential . and even if he uses SSD , he needs to use all items at once to share the bandwidth, it will work fine.
