Sick fps drops while playing csgo without reason

Getting huge fps drops when i see enemy or when enemy popsout haha , and cant get more then 200 fps what can the problem be?

Define "huge FPS drops." You're talking about not being able to get past 200 FPS; I have a custom built gaming rig that blasts through games at max settings, usually between 100-200FPS, but I consider it perfectly playable and not laggy at all unless it drops below 30FPS.
