should i wait a month for rx 560 or buy gtx 1050 now ?

The 1050 is quite a bit better than an RX460 currently, and the revisions from AMD appear to provide some minor clock boosts with the 500 series...... I wouldn't anticipate the 560 bettering the 1050 (maybe closing the gap).
If it's a matter of wait for 560 or buy 1050 now...... I'd buy the 1050 now, no question about it.
That being said, if you can stretch the budget to accommodate a 1050TI - that would be a much smarter move.

From the looks of things, the refreshed Polaris isn't jumping the 1050 in power. I'd get the 1050 now, personally.

I agree. I love the Ti, and it's hardly any bit more expensive for a nice bit of power and frame buffer.
