I'm going to build a PC that's purpose is to be connected to my Elgato HD60 capture card so it can capture my Gaming PC and Consoles. I plan on keeping it on almost all day long, the video editing will be done on another PC.

I currently have these spare components:
i5 4460
8gb of RAM
1TB HDD
ECS Elite Group Mini ITX Motherboard

I'm not sure what case and PSU I should get. I would prefer a mini itx case that could use the stock Intel cooler. Also something not incredibly expensive, Thank you.

A CM Elite 110 would be a good fit: http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mini-itx-elite-series/elite110/

But are you getting an HD60, or an HD60pro? (external vs internal)

A Modular PSU will make your life easier ealing with a small case: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/4LkwrH/rosewill-power-supply-glacier600m

It's cheap for a modular unit but pretty good: http://www.eteknix.com/rosewill-glacier-600w-gaming-power-supply-review/
