1 1080ti is earning an average 5.5 bucks a day sometimes hitting 7 bucks a day and i have 4 of them so 5.5 x 4 = 22 bucks a day multiply by 7 so 154 bucks per week, 154 multiply by 4 so 616 bucks a month and i bought each card for 650 each so my roi is estimated to 4-5 months, actually not a terrible idea.

what psu would you recommend? im thinking LEPA G Series1600W 80+ Gold Certified or EVGA 1600 supernova g2 80+ gold

Brentoustine You might know more about this than me, but I think the days of making a profit from bitcoin mining have been over for a while now.

But in answer to your questions, I would choose the EVGA G2 1600 over the LEPA, for a single PSU.

For dual PSU's, you simply hook one power supply to two GPUs, and the other to the other two GPUs plus the motherboard.

I've never set this up personally but I've probably watched the same YouTube videos that you have. They normally set the GPU fan's at or near maximum. It tends to get loud, so normally people have these rigs in a separate room or garage. For ultimate silence you could buy four EVGA GTX 1080 Ti hybrids, which have AIO water coolers. They'll add an extra $100 each to the cost though, once they release. You could further reduce noise but swapping in a Noctua fan on each of the units. Again, no one would bother with my suggestion if their goal is to make a profit because margins are already thin. But if this is a hobby, then what's an extra hundred dollars per GPU?
