I have a very big annoying problem, when I try to play high end games my computer just restarts , I tried applying thermal paste, it does help lowering my temperature but not fixing my problem, do you have some solutions to fix this problem?

PC specs:
CPU: Intel core 2 quad CPU Q6600 2.40 GHz 2.40 Ghz
Memory: 4 GB DDR2
GPU:AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
PSU: TT TR2 450W Bronze

Maybe that's the problem but it worked fine about 2 months ago.

Here is my brothers PC spec but his PC works just fine.
GPU:AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
CPU: AMD Athlon Phenom
PSU: 300W

Yeah thats not true at all. His whole system will barely use 350 watts at full tilt. That guide is for full system wattage recommendations, not just the GPU.

That said his PSU is otherwise low end and is likely failing, which is causing the issue.

@Silicifeid 450w is fine, your PSU is poor though. Look for a Corsair CX450M to replace it. Usually can get it for around 50 bucks.

Since I'm probably going to buy a new PSU can I go for higher Wattage like 500W? Will it cause any problems and besides Corsair CX450M which one should I look for? Sorry for bothering :D

To go up you could dot he CX550M. Its a waste of money you don't need it for your system nor do you need it for most mid range gaming systems, but you can get it. You will see 0 performance benefit.

Unlikely unless the CPU is overheating. is it?

Most CPUs and motherboards can last "forever" in theory. Your RAM could be an issue, you can try running memtest86. But the most common cause of your problem is a PSU.

Older game isn't pushing the system or PSU as much. Kinda like how the system doesn't fail when just using Windows.
