Does overclocking reduce life span if parts aren't hot?

Hi, I recently just overclocked my GPU and CPU a decent amount and increased their voltage to support it. There are no crashes and everything runs super smooth. My question, however, is does overclocking really reduce life span if parts aren't hot? On Battlefield 4 Ultra, I get like 120 FPS and the CPU doesn't go over 45 degrees C and the GPU always stays below 55 degrees C. I know that these are healthy temperatures I just wanna know if it still reduces its life span. If so, by how much? Here are the OC and specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 (overclocked to 3.6 GHz)
GPU: RX 470 MSI Gaming X 4 GB (overclocked to 1350/1750)

Thanks

Yes it does reduce the lifespan, regardless, it slowly degrades, doesnt matter if you overclock or not...

Yes it does reduce the lifespan, regardless, it slowly degrades, doesnt matter if you overclock or not, it still degrades, the life span for an overclocked cpu is reduced from about 20 years to 15 years, so really nothing to worry about, in todays market, its pretty much obsolete after 5 years anyway.
