I double what alexoiu says. There's always a note mentioning that the older chipsets might not work with Kaby Lake-S chips right out of the box if the board doesn't already have the bios updated for compatibility.

Otherwise, everything seems to be ok and compatible, though you should look into getting an aftermarket cooler for that 7700K. Here is how your build looks so far:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($449.98 @ DirectCanada)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-GAMING 6 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($223.50 @ Vuugo)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($154.99 @ Amazon Canada)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Windforce OC Video Card ($524.50 @ Vuugo)
Case: NZXT S340 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case ($91.50 @ Vuugo)
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($139.99 @ Memory Express)
Total: $1584.46
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Also, what do you intend to use this build for? Primarily gaming? Streaming+gaming? Video editing, etc? The 7700K is overkill if its ONLY gaming.
