Pc shuts down due to unstable psu?

Hello, today i bought a new psu its a HKC -v450 w, then i've putted my rx 470, and i opened a game to play and i started to hear noise coming from the pc, though i dont know where its coming from exactly, but it was annoying and after while..my pc shutted down, and it says asus anti surge detected..unstable power supply.

Any help with this please?

Type "psu tier list" (without the quotes) in the search bar at the top of this page (right under Ask the Community). The first result you see is a pretty good reference guide and tells you which PSU's to avoid. If a PSU is not listed at all, I would completely avoid.
