compatible cpu for asrock b150m pro4 mobo

ok so i have this asrock b150m pro4 and couple of rams (avexir core 8gb ddr3 1600mhz and 4gb 2x2gb kingston 1333mhz) both 1.5v , and i am planning on buying a intel pentium g4400 , im wondering if this g4400 socket 1151 is compatible with my mobo and rams, im not planing on buying expensive cpu coz im just gonna give this to my little bro, pls help me decide coz i dont want to waste these ram. thank u ,

The G4400 is a compatible Skylake CPU.

Now, the big thing here is there is a better CPU for only a few dollars more. Do you know if the motherboard you have has the BIOS update that will support Kaby Lake CPUs?

The Pentium G4400 is just a dual-core with no hyper-threading, while the Pentium G4560 includes hyper-threading and only costs about $10 more when it's available. Hyper-threading will greatly improve things like gaming and video/photo editing.
