I have purchased it i5 7400 with zotac gtx 1060 6gb Amp, 16 6gb ram, and 450 w psu. Today it's going to get delivered at my home. I had to take i5 7400 to lower the budget a little bit by Rs.2,000. So have I made a ri8 decision by choosing i5 7400. Will I have any problems while gaming on it?

No no, that's a solid gaming rig. Most people opt for the 7500 because you get a 10% performance bump for around $10. But most games are going to be GPU bound anyway, and any modern Intel quad core makes for a solid gaming CPU.

It's a good and powerful CPU - no problems gaming on it. I would have personally gotten the i5-7500 for better price/performance, but since you are on a limited budget, getting the i5 is better than getting an i3.
