Where is the power pins for the ASRock z97x killer motherboard

where are the power pins so that i can turn it on with my screwdriver or my two pin power switch, i have read the manual and tried touching/shorting the power pins but only once was i able to get one out of my two motherboards to turn on and now nothing but it does get power to the board. I feel like a complete idiot hope someone can help me. This is the first time using an asrock motherboard i usually use biostar as i set these up for mining cryptocoins.

Yup that's the ones I tried to short. The first motherboard I tried I was able to get it to power up, but then I read the message telling me to plug in the pcie molex cable so I turned off the power plugged in the molex cable and since then between two same motherboards I can't short out the pwrbtn pins to get either one to turn on. I can't find anything I'm missing but am not familiar with the asrock boards but they were the only multi pcie express boards in stock. Is there anything else I should be doing here. Feel like an idiot as both boards do get power so I'm missing something but all my other rig set ups using the biostar tb85 motherboards work flawlessly.
