I recently got a ASUS 210 silent graphics card to go in a old pre-built that was running of on-board graphics. The card is shown in the BIOS and the video display works out the back of it. I however cannot seem to get the drivers to install. The Installer gets about 1 fifth of the way through the install, then gives an error message saying 'Could not create folder "C:\temp\NVIDIA". Acsess Denied.' And stops the install.

The PC specs are:
[It's a dell Optiplex 755]
Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2180 2.00GHz
4GB DDR2 Memory
25GB boot HDD
64bit operating system
Windows 7 Professional

Solution
If it wants to write to that folder then create it (if it's not there) and right click on it + choose properties. Edit permissions to allow "full control" by any user. In rare cases you have to use the Advanced button to change the owner (take ownership) of the folder.

The latest driver for the 210 is 342.01.
