So I have a asus h81m-plus motherboard, and I accidentally connected the 4+4 pin the wrong way. I noticed it after and fixed it, but now my bios reports a USB overvoltage. Will I have to RMA the board?

how on earth did you plug it the wrong way ? it fits only in one direction , it is keyed
