You will be close to running almost any game on lower settings, CPU heavy games like GTA V and BF1 will have slow downs quite often. You need more RAM also, 8 GB will be a lot better than 4.
Good news is that your chipset still has some OK CPUs you can find for cheap on the used market, i5-2400 or 2500 for example. With your video card and 8 GB of RAM you can run quite a few more games smoother. Pretty much any game if you don't mind 30fps or so in the higher end ones.
