How to increase the GPU throttling temperature not via BIOS?

Hi to all,

I have a Lenovo Y-700-15ISK laptop,
with Nvidia Geforce GTX 960M 4 GB GDDR5 GPU.

Lenovo has set the GPU in the BIOS to throttle down when it reaches temps of 67-68 degrees Celsius!

So when I just start playing some game like GTA V,for a less of a minute, the GPU reaches 67 degrees Celsius and starts throttling down, which affects the FPS mostly!

The problem is that there is no option to set the GPU throttling temperature in this laptop's BIOS!

The BIOS is not editable!

So I would like to know how can I set the GPU throttling temperature to a value higher than 67 degrees Celsius, but not via BIOS!

Also the GPU core clock is limited to 135 MHz while overclocking!

Is there some tweak/program that would allow me to edit these settings?

Please help me!

Thanks to all in advance!

Best regards!

Even though you're using a laptop with an intergrated GPU, you should be able to use some sort of program (Like MSI Afterburner, ASUS' program, Zotac FireStorm, etc) that allow you to edit effective memory clocks, clock speed, fan speed, etc). However, I wouldn't know what to use with a GPU that's 1. Integrated into the laptop, and 2. Not under a specific manufacturer. I would still try to find a program like this and use it to adjust fans, clock, throttling, etc.
