So everytime I start my pc the windows take about 15-20 seconds to load the taskbar properly. During which it doesnt recognize internet connection and I cant open Network and sharing centre (if i do the explorer would hang up or crash). After the 15-20 seconds the taskbar would refresh itself and then pc would start functioning properly. I have checked msconfig multiple times and closed pretty much every non-essential software.
