New gaming pc build advice on investment

Hi guys, as stated on the title. Specs for comparisson :
AMD Ryzen 1400 or Pentium G4560
B350M Gaming Pro / B250M-A
Crucial Ballistix sport 8gb DDR4
GTX 950
WD Blue 1tb
Seasonic S12II-430 or G-450
Cooler Master K282C or Corsair SPEC-03

If i get the Ryzen i wouldnt get the more expensive stuff. If i get the pentium i would get the more expensive stuff. Budget around 500$.
Any advise would be appreciated, the GTX950 is kind of fixed.

Well first of all, the Pentium is like $100USD cheaper than the 1400 so that's not even a fair comparison. Go g4560 all the way.
Second of all, the GTX950 would have to be much MUCH cheaper than a GTX1050 for me to even consider it.

Its $130 difference here, but its cpu mobo combo, and a gtx 950 is way cheaper here but i already have the gtx 950 from a friend.
So im thinking if i get the G4560 and mobo now, i would have to buy a new one in 2 years or maybe 1, and i have to upgrade my gpu too. It is a lot of cost for me. So maybe if i get the 1400 i wouldnt have to upgrade to a new cpu in 2 years at least, dont you think?
