Currently have a build that has a R9 380 GPU 4GB, I've had it for a year now and I'm thinking about upgrading. The RX 5xx series was just announced yesterday and I was wondering what would be the best GPU to upgrade to out of the 3 I listed.
Check the latest review of 580 http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/amd-radeon-rx-580-review,review-33865.html there are charts that include r9 380, so you can compare your old GPU with all you think about.
For me, it looks like 580 might be good choice. It uses lot of power, but since your old GPU also was using lot of power, PSU is not a problem.

Heyhey
I'm in the exact same Situation right now. Currently I would rather pick a gtx1060 6gb or rx480 8gb
If you have no probs with buying used stuff, I've seen a lot of cheap rx480 on ebay or craigslist.
I'd pick up the Rx 580 8GB. I don't know about you. A couple of months in I'd be thinking, "It would be so cool to own the Rx 580 8GB. Why did I cheap out and get last years card?"
