Compatible with Ga-78lmt-usb3 Mobo and fx-6300 Power Supply Unit

Solution
There is no power requirement as such for almost any general use cpu/motherboard as any power supply bought will be considerably higher powered than needed. The fx6300 does not have a built-in graphics processor, so to get any kind of video signal to the monitor, an add-on gpu is a requirement. This gpu is what will determine the power requirement. The smallest power supply I can think of supplies just 225w, which is @50w more than needed to operate your entire pc without gpu.

It's only cpus such as the fx9370/9590 or server cpus such as the upper grade Intel Xeons that'll have minimum power requirements as those cpus alone can average 200w without motherboard needs.

Ignore the potential incompatibilities mentioned on the below link if you are using a cpu cooler of your own (as there is no cpu stock cooler included with the mentioned cpu)

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xRMnyc

You can see the power requirement for these two components on the above link.
It is 155watts.
Note: if you are planning to use a graphics card then power requirement will increase a bit.

None of the FX Cpus have an igpu. There were some 760g, 880g chipset motherboard that included on board graphics, but none of those were officially sanctioned or supported by Amd. For driver updates you'd need to go to Gigabyte. While that board does support dvi, VGA and hdmi, the HD 3000 isn't much stronger than what's necessary to get a HD video signal to the monitor. You'll get 1080p videos, and thats about it, don't expect to game off those links.
