Solution
Yeah all the other bits are covered.

I think this one: https://www.expertec.co.uk/gaming-pc-s/core-i5-intel/core-i5-7500-kaby-lake-7th-gen-pc-with-ddr4-windows-7-pro.html

With a 240gb SSD would be fine. Should be around £500. Specs:

Specification

CPU : Intel i5 7500 Skylake 3.8GHZ
PSU : 500w
PSU Connections : 1 x 2pin ATX, 3 x 4pin Molex, 1 x FDD, 2 x SATA
HDD : 1TB SATA
RAM : 8GB DDR4 2400MHZ
Motherboard : ASUS 1151 H110M-K M-ATX
Motherboard Connections : PS/2 Mouse & Keyboard, USB 2.0 x 4, USB 3.0 x 2, VGA, DVI, LAN, Audio Jacks x 3, PCI-E 3.0 x16 x 1, PCI-E 2.0 x1 x 2
Case : Spectre
Case Dimensions : Width : 203mm, Length : 464mm, Height : 445mm
Windows 10 Pro installed

Then we...
You can usually save money by buying the pc and graphics card separately. For example,

You can get a skylake i5 pc here with a 240gb SSD for around £500: https://www.expertec.co.uk/gaming-pc-s/core-i5-intel.html

Then just add a graphics card and decent power supply:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB SC GAMING ACX 3.0 Black Edition Video Card (£368.10 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: SeaSonic 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (£68.80 @ Alza)
Total: £436.90
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

And you got yourself a solid gtx 1070 build for under a grand

what pc there should i get? theres a bunch any of them or?

Both the i5-6500 and i5-7500 are very good, the 7500 is 0.2ghz faster than the 6500 though

If they can do the 7500 with a 240gb SSD then get that (it wasn't a selectable option when I looked but they will almost certainly do it if you ask them)

if i ask them for the i5 7500 and the ssd what do i say abut the other parts? i do the video card and power supply by my self but the other specs

Well what else do you need?

You're buying prebuilt, so you aren't going to get the highest quality parts. You will get some limited customisation options, but if you really want the best value then a fully custom pc is the way to go (even if you have to pay a local pc shop £60 to put it together for you)

Then we put in a good power supply and gtx 1070 and you're away. The only other future upgrade might be 16gb ram, but 8 is enough for now
