Are you installing windows 10?

What it wants you to with that GPT error is wipe the entire hard drive and click next and windows will create 4 partitions and continue the install

If you have more than 1 hdd attached, helps to only have the one you installing onto attached to power when you install windows, it likes to put partitions on other drives if its allowed to. If it does this, and later the other drive is removed, win 10 won't boot.

So far you have cleaned drive which leaves you with a blank drive. running the installer and pointing at the unallocated space should be all you need to do now.

See step 13 here: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html
