Ryzen 1600X running at 65C idle?

Hello,

I am having some issues with the heat with a ryzen 1600X. I have a nzxt x52 for cooling that I just installed with fresh thermal paste. Does the 1600X have that strange 20C offset like the 1800X? I am using NZXT CAM for my main CPU temp readings.

I think I have it figured out I swapped out to some different fans I had for the radiator and the temps now seem to be at manageable levels. Guess I just had some crappy fans!
